Returns & Refunds

Public Offer (Service Agreement)

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable contract law. By clicking "Start Free", "Subscribe", or completing a payment, you accept this offer and enter into an agreement on the following terms.

Parties to the Agreement

Provider: BitStat — a trading journal and analytics service available at bit-stat.com.
Customer: any individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer.

Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the Customer access to the BitStat web application in accordance with the selected subscription plan. Access is provided over the internet with no physical delivery of any medium.

Term of the Agreement

The agreement becomes effective upon acceptance (registration or payment) and remains in force for the duration of the selected billing period, unless terminated earlier.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined by the selected plan on the Pricing page. Payment is made in full in advance in the currency available at checkout. Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

Important: after a successful payment, access to the selected plan is granted automatically within 5 minutes. A confirmation is sent to the Customer's email address.

Refund Conditions

When a refund is available

BitStat provides digital services (SaaS). Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered or was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to the Provider's fault
  • The Customer submits a refund request within 14 days of the payment date and has not yet used any paid features
  • A technical failure that prevents use of the service is confirmed by the support team
  • A duplicate charge occurred (the same transaction was billed twice)

When a refund is not available

  • The Customer has already used paid features (added trades, generated reports, etc.)
  • More than 14 days have passed since the payment date
  • A subscription is cancelled after auto-renewal (auto-renewal can be disabled in settings before the renewal date)
  • The Customer has violated the Terms and Conditions
  • The Customer is dissatisfied with features that are part of the free plan

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to bitstatinfo@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your email]"

Include the following in your message: payment date, transaction amount, last 4 digits of the card used, and reason for the refund request.

Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision.

If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment card within 5–10 business days (timelines depend on your card-issuing bank).

Initiating a chargeback or dispute directly with your bank without first contacting BitStat support may result in account suspension.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings under "Billing". After cancellation, you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Funds are not refunded for the remaining period if the cancellation occurs after the 14-day window or after paid features have been actively used.

Changes to This Policy

The Provider reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. The updated version will be published on this page. For material changes, we will notify Customers via email.
