By using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the service.
BitStat is a web application for trading journaling and performance analytics. The service provides the following features:

BitStat offers both a free (Free) and paid subscription plans. Current pricing and feature details for each plan are available on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed through certified payment gateways using SSL/TLS encryption.
If you have not cancelled your subscription before the end of the current billing period, it will automatically renew for the next equivalent period at the current rate.
The Provider reserves the right to change pricing. Active subscribers will be notified of price changes no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.
BitStat is an exclusively digital software service (SaaS). No physical delivery of goods is made.
After a successful payment, access to the selected plan is granted immediately (within no more than 5 minutes) by activating the corresponding features in your account. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided at registration.
The service is accessible via web browser in any country with internet access. We do not restrict service delivery by geography.
We comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
Your data is stored on secured servers. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where required to deliver the service (e.g., payment gateway) or by law.

All content on BitStat — including source code, design, logo, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright law.
The trading journal and data entered by the User remain the property of the User. The Provider makes no claim to ownership of this data.
The service is provided solely as a tool for organizing and analyzing trading activity. BitStat is not a financial advisor and bears no responsibility for any trading decisions made based on analysis within the service.
The Provider's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last 3 months of service use.
The User may delete their account at any time via profile settings or by contacting support. After deletion, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms without prior warning.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For material changes, we notify Users by email or in-app notification no less than 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent court at the Provider's place of registration.
