EverFunded is a simulated proprietary trading firm operated by EverFunded Ltd., a Saint Lucia International Business Company (registration 2026-00562) with a registered office in Rodney Bay Village, Gros Islet. It sells four evaluation routes - a two-phase 2-Step, a single-phase 1-Step, a Flash 7.77 route charging $7.77 up front with the balance due only on passing, and an Instant account with no evaluation - across six simulated account sizes from $5,000 to $200,000. Traders work on MT5 or Match-Trader across FX, gold, indices, oil and crypto. The base profit split is 80% on 1-Step, 2-Step and Flash and 90% on Instant, with add-ons advertised up to 100%. Payouts run on a minimum 14-day interval with a $100 minimum, settled in cryptocurrency or through Rise. The firm publishes its full product rules, a complete restricted-country list and its legal terms on its own site, and also runs a public prop-firm data project called EverFunded Research.

Notes: The 1-Step and 2-Step challenge fee is refunded after the trader's fourth payout; passing the evaluation or receiving the first payout does not trigger it, and Flash and Instant do not include it. Payouts settle all eligible profit, reset the balance and re-arm any trailing drawdown; partial withdrawals are not available. The minimum payout is $100. Rewards are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC) or through Rise, and the firm also describes bank transfer as an option, typically within one business day of approval.

Notes: Rules differ by product and by stage. Evaluation accounts have no consistency rule; funded accounts do. Flash switches from static evaluation drawdown to trailing funded drawdown.
Holding Note: Evaluation accounts may hold over the weekend. Funded accounts are automatically flattened at Friday market close; this is not a rule breach. Crypto is unaffected.
Max Leverage: 1:100 on 2-Step evaluation, 1:50 once funded; 1:30 on 1-Step, Flash and Instant. Gold, indices and oil 1:10; crypto 1:2.
Scaling Plan: 1-Step and 2-Step are eligible for the scaling programme; Flash and Instant are not.
Scalping Note: Tick scalping and churning are listed among the prohibited practices, as is high-frequency trading and any automation that places orders faster than a human could. Ordinary scalping is not named as prohibited.

Inactivity Rule: An account or evaluation that remains inactive for six months may be terminated on notice to the registered email, without refund.
Daily Loss Reset: The daily reference uses the equity snapshot at 00:00 server time, not local midnight.

The terms name 46 restricted countries plus a sanctions backbone. Funded accounts are automatically flattened at Friday market close. Funded payouts require a best-day consistency gate (at most 35% of total profit on 1-Step and 2-Step, 20% on Flash, 25% on Instant), and Instant additionally requires 4% profit above the starting balance every payout cycle against a 6% trailing drawdown. The fee refund arrives only after a fourth payout and is not included on Flash or Instant. Partial withdrawals are not available. The terms provide for USD 25,000 in liquidated damages per breach for fraud, collusion or serious or repeated prohibited practices, and an account inactive for six months may be terminated without refund.
