EverFunded is a simulated proprietary trading firm operated by EverFunded Ltd., a Saint Lucia International Business Company (registration 2026-00562) with a registered office in Rodney Bay Village, Gros Islet. Notes: The 1-Step and 2-Step challenge fee is refunded after the trader's fourth payout; passing the evaluation or receiving the first payout does not trigger it, and Flash and Instant do not include it. Payouts settle all eligible profit, reset the balance and re-arm any trailing drawdown; partial withdrawals are not available. The minimum payout is $100. Notes: Rules differ by product and by stage. Evaluation accounts have no consistency rule; funded accounts do. Flash switches from static evaluation drawdown to trailing funded drawdown.
Holding Note: Evaluation accounts may hold over the weekend. Funded accounts are automatically flattened at Friday market close; this is not a rule breach. Crypto is unaffected.
Max Leverage: 1:100 on 2-Step evaluation, 1:50 once funded; 1:30 on 1-Step, Flash and Instant. Gold, indices and oil 1:10; crypto 1:2.
Scaling Plan: 1-Step and 2-Step are eligible for the scaling programme; Flash and Instant are not.
Scalping Note: Tick scalping and churning are listed among the prohibited practices, as is high-frequency trading and any automation that places orders faster than a human could. Ordinary scalping is not named as prohibited.
