CypherTicks is a UK-based simulated futures proprietary trading firm operating from a registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, under the governing jurisdiction of England and Wales. It runs two product lines. CypherOne is a one-step evaluation sold as a monthly subscription in $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 sizes ($69, $109 and $229 per month), with no activation fee on passing. CypherInstant is a straight-to-funded (S2F) product sold as a one-time fee in $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000 sizes ($149, $249 and $349), with no evaluation phase. Both lines use a 4% end-of-day trailing balance-based Maximum Loss Limit and a 2% Daily Loss Limit, and both pay a 90/10 profit split in favour of the trader. Total funded allocation per trader is capped at $300,000. Payouts are request-based rather than calendar-based, need a minimum of 5 trading days, and are processed within 24 business hours or less via Rise or direct crypto. All accounts are simulated: the firm states it is not a broker, dealer or financial advisor, and payouts are discretionary performance fees rather than trading profits.

After a CypherInstant payout is approved the cycle resets: profit goal and consistency tracking reset to $0 and leftover profit does not carry over.

- Payouts are based on trading performance, not fixed calendar dates. CypherOne funded: meet the 40% consistency rule for the cycle, accumulate at least 5 winning days, and each winning day must meet the minimum net realized profit for the account size (25k $100+, 50k $150+, 100k $200+); then a payout can be requested immediately. CypherInstant: eligible every 5 trading days minimum, once the 20% consistency rule and the account-size profit goal ($10k $750, $25k $1,500, $50k $3,000) are both met.

- CypherOne Stage 1: withdraw up to 50% of total realized profit per request. Stage 1 lasts until either 5 consecutive successful payout cycles or 30 qualifying winning days. Stage 2: withdraw up to 100% of profits per request, subject to the per-account payout cap. CypherInstant has no Stage 1 / Stage 2 restriction and may request 100% of eligible profits within the cap.

- Trading hours follow standard CME futures market hours in Central Standard Time: markets open 5:00 PM CST and close 4:00 PM CST the following day, Sunday through Friday, with a daily cut-off at 3:15 PM CST. Copy trading is allowed on both Evaluation and funded accounts through the integrated DeepCharts platform for the trader's own accounts; coordinated group copy trading, latency-based copying and unauthorised third-party tools are not allowed. Level 2 and Eurex market data fees are billed by the platform or exchange, not by CypherTicks. Enforcement can be automatic (for example DLL locks) or discretionary after review, and may include account locks, profit adjustments, voided payouts, account closure or restriction from future programs.
- Reset Fee
- Priced at the same amount as the Evaluation subscription fee for that account size; a 10% discount code may be applied to every Reset purchase, on all CypherOne sizes. CypherInstant accounts cannot be reset.
- Reset Note
- A Reset restarts the Evaluation from Day 1 with a clean account: the account is restored to its original starting balance, all previous progress, profit and trade history are cleared, and all risk parameters (DLL, MLL, Profit Target) restart. The subscription remains active; only the account instance is reset. There are no reset fees unless a manual reset is purchased after a rule breach.
- Holding Note
- All positions must be closed by 3:15 PM CST each trading day; positions remaining open past 3:15 PM CST are automatically liquidated. Cypher does not allow overnight holds past the daily cut-off and all accounts must be flat before the end-of-day liquidation window. Markets are closed from Friday 4:00 PM CST until Sunday 5:00 PM CST.

Maximum Allocation: a single trader may manage up to $300,000 in total funded capital across multiple accounts.

- All trading styles including scalping are allowed and there is no minimum hold time, but any trade closed for less than 10 ticks (profit only) or in under 60 seconds (profit only) has its profit deducted. Losses are always realized and are never adjusted. Repeatedly doing so does not breach the account, the profits simply do not accumulate.

- Inactivity Rule
- 10-day inactivity rule on both Evaluation and funded accounts. If no trades are placed for 10 consecutive calendar days the account may be automatically marked inactive and closed: Evaluation accounts lose all accumulated progress and require a reset or a new Evaluation, funded accounts are manually disabled and closed and require purchasing a new Evaluation. Logging in, chart analysis, alerts and platform browsing do not count as activity. Traders can contact support to park the account before the 10-day limit is reached.

- The Daily Loss Limit resets at End of Day (EOD) and the account unlocks for the next session. A new trading day begins at 5:00 PM CST.

- Traders may open, close or manage positions during high-impact news events on both Evaluation and funded accounts (CPI, NFP, GDP, PPI, FOMC meetings and rate decisions). There are no blackout windows or bans on news trading; all risk rules still apply.

- Latency arbitrage; high-frequency order spamming; tick manipulation and quote stuffing; fully automated, bot-driven or AI trading systems and high-frequency engines (typically 100+ trades per day); platform or API exploits; risk-free hedging across accounts (hedging inside a single account is allowed); intentionally using delayed data; ghost trading; martingale and loss-recovery escalation, including across accounts; coordinated group trading; any form of market manipulation. Semi-automated tools where the trader manually executes and manages all trades (hotkeys, bracket orders, attached stop/target strategies) are allowed.

- CypherOne funded: 40% - no single trading day can represent more than 40% of total net profit for the current payout cycle. CypherInstant: 20% - best day realized profit divided by total cycle realized profit must be 20% or less.
- Drawdown Type Challenge
- EOD trailing, balance-based. The Maximum Loss Limit is 4% of the starting balance, moves upward only when the end-of-day balance makes a new high, does not trail intraday, and stops trailing and locks permanently once it reaches the starting balance.
