CypherTicks is a UK-based simulated futures proprietary trading firm operating from a registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, under the governing jurisdiction of England and Wales. It runs two product lines. CypherOne is a one-step evaluation sold as a monthly subscription in $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 sizes ($69, $109 and $229 per month), with no activation fee on passing. CypherInstant is a straight-to-funded (S2F) product sold as a one-time fee in $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000 sizes ($149, $249 and $349), with no evaluation phase. Both lines use a 4% end-of-day trailing balance-based Maximum Loss Limit and a 2% Daily Loss Limit, and both pay a 90/10 profit split in favour of the trader. Total funded allocation per trader is capped at $300,000. Payouts are request-based rather than calendar-based, need a minimum of 5 trading days, and are processed within 24 business hours or less via Rise or direct crypto. All accounts are simulated: the firm states it is not a broker, dealer or financial advisor, and payouts are discretionary performance fees rather than trading profits.
