Challenge fees are non-refundable, including after a successful evaluation, and there is no monthly fee after purchase. The firm publishes completed payout transaction hashes at /withdrawals; that page reported 217 completed payouts all-time when read on 2026-08-20.

The platform is not available to users located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from Russia, Myanmar, Iran or North Korea. All trading is simulated.

- Hedging is not allowed. External API integrations are not allowed. Algorithmic trading through third-party bots is not allowed; automated trading systems, expert advisors or bots detected on an Instant account cause immediate disqualification. A strategy based solely on news events is prohibited. Terms clause 10 also prohibits latency arbitrage, price manipulation and copy trading across multiple accounts.
