Payouts & rules
Get paid every 14 days with a variety of methods and clear rules.
- Payouts
- Every 14 days
Payout rules
- Notes
- The evaluation fee is refunded to traders who pass, on 1 Step Express, 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex only, once per account size per client; refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Rewards are paid by the partner licensed private fund Framsteg Ltd rather than by SiegPath itself. For anti-money-laundering purposes payouts are issued only to the individual who passed KYC, and third-party cards or bank accounts are refused.
- On Demand
- No
- Profit split
- 80%-90% on 1 Step Express, 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex; 50%-90% on the 10K Flash Challenge
- Min Withdrawal
- 100
- Proof Required
- No
- Processing Time
- No processing time is published for profit payouts. The firm publishes one only for the evaluation-fee refund, which it states is completed within 24 to 48 hours and averages approximately 3 hours.
- Payouts
- Every 14 days
- First Payout Days
- 14
- Payout Schedule Note
- The firm's Reward Phase description states rewards may be withdrawn every 14 days with a $100 minimum. A separate marketing heading on the same page describes the payouts as monthly, so the two figures the firm publishes do not agree; the 14-day figure is the one stated in the step-by-step programme description.
- Profit Split Scaling
- Payout share is scalable: if an authorized live account is scaled up twice, the trader may request a 90% share, subject to review by the firm's team. On the Flash Challenge, once authorized live accounts in the same series reach 10% total profit and all profits have been paid out, the trader receives an upgraded account carrying an additional 10% payout share.
- Min Trading Days For Payout
- 0
- Fee Refunded On First Payout
- No
Trading rules
- Notes
- A stop loss is mandatory on $200,000 and $400,000 balances, and the firm reserves the right to apply the same requirement to smaller balances without prior notice depending on risk level. Each client may use only one authorized live account at a time; further passed accounts stay pending until the current one is breached.
- Holding Note
- Weekend holding is permitted only on the 2 Step Flex evaluation. On every other route positions must be closed 10 minutes before Friday market close (23:50 for currency pairs, metals, energies and crypto, 22:50 for stocks, index-dependent for indices, GMT+2 standard or GMT+3 daylight saving). Trades left open are closed automatically, which is treated as a soft breach and trading resumes when markets reopen. All accounts may trade cryptocurrencies over the weekend.
- Max Leverage
- 1:100 on currency pairs for 2 Step Standard; 1:30 on currency pairs for 1 Step Express, 2 Step Flex and the 10K Flash Challenge. Other classes are lower: metals and energies 1:30 and indices 1:50 on 2 Step Standard, metals and energies 1:10 and indices 1:15 elsewhere, stocks 1:10 throughout, and crypto 1:3 on 2 Step Standard against 1:1 elsewhere.
- Scaling Plan
- If an authorized live account is scaled up twice the trader may request a 90% payout share, subject to team review. Scaling up to $1M is advertised on the firm's plan cards.
- Scalping Note
- High-frequency trading is allowed, and traders may use rapid algorithm-based strategies. SiegPath charges no commission for placing an order.
- Hedging Allowed
- Not allowed
- Inactivity Rule
- If no trades are placed within 30 calendar days of purchasing an account, or during the evaluation, the account is closed.
- Daily Loss Reset
- The daily loss limit is recalculated each day from the previous day's closing balance and resets between 00:00 and 01:00 GMT+2 (GMT+3 during daylight saving). Limits are updated sequentially during that hour, so trades placed in that window may still be measured against the previous day's limit, and the firm advises against trading then. Touching the limit on floating equity is a hard breach.
- Scalping Allowed
- Allowed
- News Trading Note
- News trading is allowed, so traders may trade through significant economic events and announcements.
- Stop Loss Required
- No
- Allowed Instruments
- Currency pairs, metals and energies, indices, stocks and crypto.
- Challenge Time Limit
- 180 days for 1 Step Express and 180 days per phase for 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex; 30 days for the 10K Flash Challenge. An account that misses its evaluation time limit is terminated.
- Copy trading allowed
- Allowed
- Drawdown Type Funded
- On the trailing-drawdown routes the limit is capped at the initial funded amount once the trader reaches the authorized live account stage, so it stops trailing above the starting balance. The 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex 10% static limit is set from the initial balance.
- News Trading Allowed
- Allowed
- Drawdown Model Funded
- static
- Ea Automation Allowed
- Allowed
- Prohibited Strategies
- Hedging, group trading, applying one signal to more than one evaluation account, and holding or controlling two or more accounts trading the same product at overlapping times. Using significantly different position sizing between evaluation and funded accounts is prohibited, as is repeatedly running the same strategy across multiple evaluation accounts where total profits fall far below total losses. Copy trading is only partially allowed and is supported solely from KCM Trade MT4. Total used margin must never exceed 75% of the account's real-time equity.
- Consistency Rule Funded
- The Programme Rules set a consistency target for the evaluation phase only: 0.3% for $5K to $10K accounts, 0.5% for $20K to $100K and 1% for $200K to $400K, held for 3 separate days on 1 Step Express and for 4 days in phase 1 plus 2 days in phase 2 on the 2 Step routes. The 10K Flash Challenge has none. No separate consistency requirement for the authorized live account stage is stated in the Programme Rules, the Terms & Conditions or the FAQ.
- Drawdown Type Challenge
- Trailing on the 10K Flash Challenge (5%) and 1 Step Express (6%); static on 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex (10%). A static limit is set from the initial balance; a trailing limit tracks the balance high-water mark. Reaching the limit on floating equity is a hard breach.
- Weekend Holding Allowed
- Allowed
- Drawdown Model Challenge
- static
- Overnight Holding Allowed
- Allowed
- Consistency Rule Challenge
- A consistency target must be met daily for the required number of days: 0.3% for $5K to $10K accounts, 0.5% for $20K to $100K accounts and 1% for $200K to $400K accounts. 1 Step Express requires 3 such days; 2 Step Standard and 2 Step Flex require 4 days in phase 1 and 2 days in phase 2. The 10K Flash Challenge has no consistency rule.
What stands out
Published advantages and trade-offs to review before choosing a program.
Key benefits
Four evaluation routes - 1 Step Express, 2 Step Standard, 2 Step Flex and a 30-day 10K Flash Challenge - priced from $55 and sold in five simulated account sizes from $5K to $100K. Generous evaluation windows of 180 days per phase (30 days on the Flash Challenge) rather than the 30-day limits common elsewhere. News trading and high-frequency trading are both explicitly allowed, and the 2 Step Flex route permits weekend position holding. The evaluation fee is refunded once per account size to traders who pass 1 Step Express, 2 Step Standard or 2 Step Flex, and SiegPath charges no per-lot commission on order placement. Payout share runs 80%-90% and rewards are paid by the partner private fund Framsteg Ltd, with withdrawals every 14 days from a $100 minimum.
Things to consider
SiegPath is an evaluation and certification service, not a broker: the operating entity Sieg Evaluation Limited is a Hong Kong company (No. 77606483) holding no financial-services licence, all trading is simulated, and fees are explicitly non-refundable service fees except where a passing trader qualifies for the fee refund. The firm's own Programme Rules PDF advertises $200K and $400K account tiers, but neither size can be purchased: the checkout's account-size selector stops at $100,000 and all six $200K/$400K plan links silently fall back to the $5,000 default plan. Trading is confined to the firm's proprietary Sieg Terminal platform through a single broker, KCM Trade, with no MetaTrader or cTrader option. Hedging, group trading and holding two or more accounts trading the same product are all prohibited and can void an account, weekend holding is limited to the 2 Step Flex route, margin usage is capped at 75% of real-time equity, and a stop loss is mandatory on the largest tiers. TrustPilot carries only 16 reviews, a thin base for a firm trading since 2016.
