- The legacy manual Scaling program (fixed balance step-ups, e.g. EUR10,000 to EUR100,000, unlocked after achieving 10%+ profit in 2 consecutive months) was fully retired on 2026-01-21 and replaced by the Capital Scaling Boost inside the Fintokei Loyalty Program: traders earn Experience Points (XP) by trading and completing missions to level up Tiers (Landspeeder through Singularity Starship), automatically unlocking up to 25% higher trading capital on newly purchased or activated accounts.

- No default rule. Ad-hoc restrictions apply only to accounts flagged for gambling-style trading (6+ warnings): leverage cut to 1:10 FX / 1:5 other, daily profit capped at +1%, max risk on open trades 1%, loyalty program frozen; reviewable after 3-6 months.
