FOMC Press Conference, हर scheduled policy meeting के बाद Federal Reserve Chair द्वारा आयोजित होती है। शुरुआत prepared remarks से होती है जो decision समझाती हैं, फिर journalists के questions होते हैं। यह numerical release नहीं है, इसलिए Actual, Forecast और Previous लागू नहीं होते। Conference brief FOMC statement, committee की reaction function और projection meetings में Summary of Economic Projections को स्पष्ट कर सकती है।
