Before you start
BitStat uses your Investor Password to read trades. It cannot place or close any orders in your account.
- Login — your MT5 account number
- Investor Password — a read-only password
- Server name — from your broker email or visible in MT5 bottom left corner
The Investor Password is different from your main trading password.
Connect Zibrock Ltd. to BitStat
1. Log in to your broker's cabinet
Log in to your Zibrock Ltd. client area. This is where you will find your MT5 credentials — Login, Investor Password and Server name.
2. Get your credentials
In your broker's cabinet find three things:
- Login — your MT5 account number (from welcome email or personal cabinet)
- Investor Password — a read-only password. Find it in account settings or ask broker support
- Server name — from your broker email or visible in the MT5 terminal
The Investor Password is different from your main trading password. It gives read-only access — BitStat can read trades but cannot place or close any orders.
If connection fails, check that Login, Investor Password and Server name match your broker's records. Ask broker support if a value is missing.
3. Connect in BitStat
Go to Accounts → FX tab → Add Account. Select MetaTrader 5, enter Account Name, Login, Investor Password and Server → click Connect Account.
After you submit the form, the account will appear in Accounts when the connection succeeds.
Export Zibrock Ltd. trade history from MT5
Use the MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal to save a report for a selected period. This creates a snapshot of your account history; the file will not update when you place more trades.
1. Open the account history
Sign in to your Zibrock Ltd. account in MT5. Open the Toolbox and select History. Confirm that the account number matches the account whose trades you want to export.
2. Select the period
Right-click inside History and choose All History or Custom Period. Review the first and last dates and check that the expected trades are visible before saving.
3. Save the original report
Right-click inside History and select Report → HTML. Save the file on your computer. Keep the original file instead of copying its contents into a spreadsheet.
After exporting
Saving a report does not upload trades to BitStat. To bring account history into your journal with the currently available connection method, follow the account connection instructions above.
