PropEd Capital is a United States futures proprietary trading firm operated by PropEd Capital LLC of Lansing, Michigan. It runs four simulated evaluation and instant-funding programs (Standard Evaluation, TrueRisk Evaluation, Instant Funded and TrueRisk Instant Funded) across 15 catalog options from $1,250 to $150,000, all on an 80% profit split with a $500 minimum payout and a biweekly default payout frequency. Правила выплат

Notes: Minimum payout is $500 on all 15 plans. The per-payout cap varies by plan from $1,000 to $5,000 and is recorded on each challenge as max_withdrawal_per_payout rather than as a single firm-level maximum. Payout requests are submitted inside the Nexus dashboard, which determines eligibility from the current account state and program terms. Live funded accounts: withdraw any amount of profit above the starting balance at will up to once per day, at the same 80/20 split; the live starting balance is a permanent withdrawal floor and cannot itself be withdrawn.
Proof Note: PropEd may require identity, address, payment, device, sanctions, fraud, tax, or payout verification. Information must match the person who owns and trades the account. Payouts or access may be held while a required verification or compliance review is completed. A valid dashboard-eligible request will be paid, subject to identity, sanctions, tax, payment-destination, fraud, and legally required compliance checks.

Payout Schedule Note: Default Frequency is Biweekly on every one of the 15 catalog plans (/faq/payouts-profit-splits). A Weekly Payouts add-on is offered at checkout: get paid every 7 days instead of every 14. On a live funded account withdrawals are completely at will, up to once per day, with no biweekly cap and no waiting period.
Profit Split Scaling: 90/10 Profit Split add-on available at checkout: keep 90% instead of 80%, costs 20% of the base plan price.
Consistency For Payout: Funded consistency is 40% on Standard Eval and TrueRisk Eval, and 20% on Instant Funding and TrueRisk Instant Funded. There is no consistency rule on live funded accounts.

Notes: Real-time passing: the evaluation passes the moment account balance including open unrealized P&L touches the profit target, with no need to close the trade or wait for end of day, and the pass holds even if the trade later reverses. No activation fee, and the funded account is created automatically on passing, subject to a 5 funded account limit. EOD-only drawdown with no daily loss limit, and no daily loss limit, inactivity timer or consistency rule on live accounts. Instant Funded and TrueRisk Funded accounts activate immediately after payment; Standard Eval and TrueRisk Eval activate within a few hours during business hours. Refunds: eligible only when no trade has been placed on the account and the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Restricted countries (residents and nationals not eligible): Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen. Free paper trading accounts are available in Nexus to anyone with an active paid account. Trading competitions are free for active paid customers and $35 for non-customers. When holding through weekends, risk management systems, auto-liquidation and stop-losses are not active during market close.
Scaling Plan: After 4 successful payout cycles on a sim-funded account a trader is reviewed for a live account; if the trading history matches PropEd's risk profile a live sub-account is opened under PropEd Capital's main capital account through Ironbeam and the trader signs a live agreement. Live starting balance by qualifying sim-funded account size: 25k Standard or $1.25k TrueRisk gives $2,000; 50k or $2.5k TrueRisk gives $3,000; 100k or $5k TrueRisk gives $4,000; 150k or $10k TrueRisk gives $5,000. That balance is multiplied by the number of sim-funded accounts holding at least 1 payout at the time of the 4th payout cycle, with the combined live balance always capped at $10,000. A trader cannot hold sim-funded accounts while a live account is open, and a trader who does not qualify at the risk review must restart from the beginning of the evaluation path.

Very new company: Michigan LLC created 2025-09-19 and the TrustPilot profile was only claimed in November 2025, so there is a short track record. Weekend holding is not included, it requires a paid add-on ($16.35 to $194.85 depending on plan). Hedging is banned, including offsetting mini/micro pairs and opposing positions in correlated index complexes. Payout caps are per plan and low relative to account size ($1,000 to $5,000 per payout) with a $500 minimum and a biweekly default frequency. TrueRisk Instant Funded plans require a 120% withdrawal buffer. Live capital is capped at a combined $10,000 and you cannot hold sim-funded accounts while a live account is open. Maximum 5 funded accounts. The firm is not regulated by any financial authority and states it is not a broker, FCM, CTA or exchange. Payout methods are not published on any public page.
