Funded Daily is a simulated proprietary trading firm operated by Funded Daily Solutions L.L.C FZ, registered in the Meydan Freezone, Dubai (trade licence 2541526 per the site footer). It runs four programs on TradeLocker: Instant Funding (8% static maximum drawdown, 4% daily) and Instant Funding Pro (6% trailing maximum drawdown, 3% daily) give funded access with no evaluation, while the 1 Step Challenge (8% profit target, 8% static drawdown) and 2 Step Challenge (10% then 5% targets, 10% static drawdown) are time-unlimited evaluations. Every program pays on a 14-day cycle measured from the first trade, splits profit 80/20 with a purchasable 90/10 upgrade, caps payable profit at 5% of the account per cycle, and guarantees approved crypto payouts within 24 hours. All accounts are simulated: Funded Daily states it is not a broker and does not provide live investor funds.

- The 14-day cycle is measured from the first trade on the account, not from purchase or activation. A paid Weekly Payouts add-on replaces it with weekly eligibility for that account cycle.

- No hard minimum payout is published: Funded Daily states the minimum RECOMMENDED payout amount is $100 USD because of the $10 minimum fee, but explicitly allows requests below $100, so min_withdrawal is left null rather than stated as a floor. There is no published per-payout dollar cap either; instead a 5% profit cap per 14-day cycle limits payout-eligible profit to 5% of the account balance, which differs by account size, so the firm-level max_withdrawal is left null. Payouts are not automatic: the account must be profitable, the 14-day cycle satisfied, all rules followed, internal review passed and KYC complete. Payout methods are bank transfer, card and cryptocurrency; only crypto carries the 24-hour guarantee.

- Approved crypto payout requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank, card and other methods are processed as fast as possible but are not covered by the 24-hour guarantee.

- Profit Split Scaling
- 90/10 Profit Split Upgrade is a paid checkout add-on priced at 18% of the account's launch fee, not a performance-based upgrade. If an approved crypto payout misses the 24-hour window, an additional 10% is added to the split for that cycle only.

- A valid stop loss must be placed on every trade within 5 minutes of opening; a missing stop loss after that window is a soft breach and the trade's profit is deducted. Combined floating loss across all open positions must stay within 1% of the starting balance at all times on Instant Funding and Instant Funding Pro. 20 soft breaches close the account as a hard breach. A 5% profit cap per 14-day payout cycle applies to every program. VPN/VPS, lot-size consistency and prohibited-behavior articles were not needed for any field above.
- Reset Fee
- Paid Account Reset add-on, priced on how much drawdown was used at reset: 20% of the launch fee (0-25% used), 40% (26-50%), 60% (51-75%), 80% (76-100%). The 1 Step Challenge additionally includes one free reset if a funded account is closed by a rule breach within the first 10 days of funding; that free reset is not available on the 2 Step Challenge.
- Reset Note
- All add-ons, including the Account Reset, must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added after an account has been activated. An account is considered activated once login credentials have been issued.
- Holding Note
- Weekend holding is permitted unless otherwise stated for a specific instrument or during exceptional market conditions. The trader remains fully responsible for weekend gap risk, and a gap that breaches the daily or maximum drawdown is a hard breach. Accounts are swap-free, so overnight and rollover swap costs do not apply.
- Max Leverage
- Funded accounts: 1:30 forex, 1:20 metals (Phase 2), 1:10 indices, 1:2 crypto. Evaluation leverage on the 1 Step and 2 Step Challenge is 1:50.
- Scaling Plan
- Automatic. Balance increases by 25% of the original starting balance after 3 consecutive clean payouts, and by a further 50% of the original starting balance after 8 total clean payouts, subject to a $100,000 hard cap per trader across all accounts.

- Scalping is partially restricted. Trades held for less than 1 to 2 minutes count as tick scalping and are treated as a soft breach, with the profit from those trades deducted from the payout calculation. Strategies that hold positions for longer than 2 minutes are not automatically prohibited.

A 2% or $10 minimum fee is taken from every payout, all fees are non-refundable, TrustPilot holds only 2 reviews, and every linked legal page 404s on the main site.
