Astrofund is a futures proprietary trading firm operated by Astrofund LLC. Traders demonstrate their trading on a simulated account and earn performance-based payouts on a simulated funded account. There are two routes to funded capital: the Evaluation Flight Path, a one-step evaluation with no daily loss limit that converts to a funded account on passing, and the Direct Flight Path, which starts funded from day one under a hard daily drawdown limit. Both are a one-time fee with no subscription. Accounts run on the Volumetrica platform and trade CME Group futures across equity indices, energy, metals, FX, agriculture, interest rates and crypto. Payouts carry a 90% profit split and are processed through Rise.

- Evaluation Flight Path: a payout needs five winning days accumulated since your last payout (payout #1 counts from the funding date). Direct Flight Path: the first payout unlocks at the initial profit milestone, then each further payout requires holding the buffer and meeting the 20% consistency rule.

- Evaluation Flight Path: withdraw up to 50% of total profit per request, capped at $1,000 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K and $2,500 on 100K; maximum total payout per account is $4,000 on 25K, $8,000 on 50K and $10,000 on 100K. Direct Flight Path: each payout is capped at $750 on 25K, $1,500 on 50K and $2,500 on 100K; maximum total payout per account is $3,000 on 25K, $6,000 on 50K and $10,000 on 100K. Up to four payouts per funded account on both paths. Only one open withdrawal request per account at a time. Approved payouts are credited to the Astrofund wallet, from which the balance can buy more accounts or be withdrawn to a bank.

- Identity verification (KYC and AML) is carried out when you request your first payout: a government-issued ID and a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. KYC is completed once, through Riseworks.

- The end-of-day trailing drawdown locks at starting balance plus $100 after the first payout and stops trailing. On the Direct Flight Path the buffer is always drawdown plus $100.
- Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually. Approval typically takes up to 2-3 business days after you submit. Payouts are processed through Rise with a typical processing time of 2 business days.

- Traders must be at least 18 years old. Citizens or residents of restricted countries cannot open an account; the restrictions come from the US clearing firm and broker. Up to two active accounts per flight path. Commissions run from $0.50 per side on micros up to $5 on Bitcoin.
- Reset Note
- If you breach the trailing drawdown the evaluation ends. You can buy a reset, up to a maximum of 3, to restart the same evaluation at its starting balance: $60 on 25K, $100 on 50K and $165 on 100K.
- Holding Note
- Accounts are intraday only. All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST each trading day, and overnight positions are not permitted.
- Scaling Plan
- Maximum simultaneous contracts scale with profit. 25K: 10 micros / 1 mini at $0-$1,000, 15 micros / 1 mini at $1,000-$1,500, 20 micros / 2 minis at $1,500-$2,000. 50K: 20 micros / 2 minis at $0-$1,000, 30 micros / 3 minis at $1,000-$2,000, 40 micros / 4 minis at $3,000+. 100K: 30 micros / 3 minis at $0-$1,000, 40 micros / 4 minis at $1,000-$2,000, 50 micros / 5 minis at $2,000-$3,000, 60 micros / 6 minis at $4,000-$5,000. Limits update at end of day as profit crosses each level.

- Scalping Note
- Scalping is permitted, provided trades are taken in good faith and do not attempt to manipulate fill logic. Micro-scalping, where more than 50% of profit comes from trades held five seconds or less, is prohibited.
- Inactivity Rule
- An evaluation account that is breached and not reset, or otherwise inactive, is removed after 30 days. Inactive means the account was traded less than 10 trading days in a month.

- CME Group futures across equity indices, energy, metals, FX, agriculture, interest rates and crypto, listed on CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT. Spot currencies, CFDs, stocks, options and cryptocurrencies are not permitted.
- Challenge Time Limit
- None. There is no time limit to pass the evaluation and no time limit on a Direct account.
