Alpha Futures is a UK-registered futures prop trading firm (Companies House #15655643) established April 2024, part of the Alpha Group alongside Alpha Capital Group and ACG Markets. It offers three live evaluation account types: Zero ($0 activation fee permanently, no consistency rule on evaluation, 2% Daily Loss Guard), Premium (choice of activation-fee or no-activation-fee pricing, 50% evaluation consistency rule, no Daily Loss Guard), and Advanced (no consistency rule on Qualified stage, no Daily Loss Guard, 90% split from the start). A legacy Standard plan was retired May 1, 2026. Traders access CME Group futures products via AlphaTrader (proprietary) plus NinjaTrader, TradingView, Tradovate, Quantower, WealthCharts, and DeepChart.

- Payout Schedule Note
- Traders have the ability to pay themselves up to 4 times a month. Request every 5 winning trading days of $200 profit or more; the winning trading days do not need to be consecutive. All payouts are processed in 48 business hours or less.
- Consistency For Payout
- There is a 40% Consistency Rule on Zero Qualified Accounts however, profits from any single trading day cannot be greater than or equal to 40% of net profits accumulated since last payout request. No Consistency Rule on Advanced or Premium.

- Reset Note
- A reset allows you to return your trading account to the default settings. This includes starting Account Balance, Maximum Loss Limit, and Trading Days. Reset Fees start as low as $69. Qualified Resets available on Zero/Premium, none on Advanced.
- Scaling Plan
- On Advanced accounts. Get access to full contract limit at all times, no Scaling Plan. A Scaling Rule applies on Qualified Premium accounts (all sizes) and Zero 50K/100K (not Zero 25K).

- Tick or micro scalping (trades less than 10 ticks and less than 2 minutes) is prohibited when it is a clear repeated pattern in the trader's profit; there is no must-hold-past-X-minutes rule otherwise.

- Trading platforms archive trading data after 10 inactive trading days; you must place a trade at least once every 10 trading days to keep your account active (does not matter size of trade).
- Daily Loss Reset
- The Daily Loss Limit also referred to as the Daily Loss Guard is a soft breach rule; if hit, the account locks until the next trading day (Zero only, 2% of starting balance). No Daily Loss Guard on Premium or Advanced.

- No news trading restrictions on any Evaluation account. Advanced and Premium Qualified accounts also have no restrictions. Zero (and legacy Standard) Qualified accounts may not trade within 2 minutes of a ForexFactory red-folder news event.

- Certain trading practices can exploit the simulated environment: automated/AI/bot trading is strictly prohibited; high-frequency systems, order book spamming, repeated tick/micro-scalping, account rolling/stacking, and VPN IP-masking are all prohibited.
- Consistency Rule Funded
- There is a 40% Consistency Rule on Zero Qualified Accounts however (largest single-day profit cannot be >=40% of net profit since last payout request). There is NO Consistency Rule on Advanced or Premium Qualified Accounts.
- Drawdown Type Challenge
- The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) is EOD (end of day) trailing on all of our accounts here at Alpha Futures, calculated from the account balance high at the end of each trading day, not intraday equity high.
